I received this monitor for free to do a review. I have always been a fan of AOC monitors, but I had never used any of their curved monitors. The price of this monitor is very reasonable, and the fact that it has FreeSync technology is even better - on a separate note, learn more about VSync technology, too.
This monitor is perfect if you want to game and also use it for other things like watching Netflix and YouTube. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming monitor ps5.

How to pick your personal ideal PS5 monitor
What size you want your PS5 monitor to be should be your first priority when selecting one. The smallest option on this list measures 27 inches diagonally, so it may easily fit on a desk of average size. You will want a large desk or a small entertainment nook if you choose a 32-inch monitor. One of our choices has a 43-inch screen, effectively replacing a TV.
Even if PS5 monitors are very expensive, it's important to think about your budget. When compared to the most expensive device we researched, which costs $1,600, the least costly model we reviewed sounds like a lot ($800). There are a few exceptions to the rule that smaller displays are less expensive.
If you don't already have an excellent pair of headphones, you might also want to quickly think about a monitor's speakers. Some gaming monitor speakers are decent, which is helpful if you don't feel like wearing a headphone for hours on end. The majority of gaming monitor speakers are terrible.
What are the Connection Types of PS5?
The PS5 has all the same connections that the PS4 has. It has HDMI, USB Type-A, USB Type C, Ethernet, Bluetooth 4.1, and Optical Audio Out. The most important of all these is HDMI because it means you can plug in your monitor with an HDMI port.
Which Resolution is Needed for PS5?
The resolution needed for PS5 is 1920 x 1080 and 4K or 3840 x 2160. The 4K resolution will provide you with sharper images than the 1080p. However, you will need a 4K monitor for it.
It's also worth noting that the PS5 will almost certainly support 8K gameplay, although it remains to be seen whether 8K displays are readily available for consumers.
How to Connect a Monitor to a PS5?
Here's a step by step guide to connecting a monitor to a Playstation 5:
- Gather all the tools and devices that you will need for this connection. You will need an HDMI cable, your monitor, and PS5.
- Now, you'll need to find the HDMI port on your PS5, which is located on the bottom left corner of your console. Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI OUT port on the PS5
- Connect the other end of the cable to your Monitor
That's all. You have successfully connected a monitor to your PlayStation 5.
